Cooking on the fire

Saturday after we got home from shopping and the Animal Sanctuary, we decided to cook outside on the fire.  So we got out the hotdogs and our roasting sticks, lit a fire and we all cooked our own dinner...

After dinner while we waited for the coals to cook down to have perfect marshmallow toasting temperature, Florian walked around the yard and sat on this big rock.  

Then he laid down on it and we took his picture.  Then we said "we will post this on the blog and say it is your bedroom"  He thought that was funny and laughed and said "yes, please do that will be good"  :-)

As the sun set we had a really pretty sunset...

And finally it was time for Marshmallows ....

And of course Smore's  (chocolate, Graham crackers and a toasted Marshmallow)

Nothing beats a summer cookout.....
